As co-founders our aim with establishing the Models' Union is to foster a collaborative environment between models, agencies, and clients where equality education and protection are central to its values. We head up Equity’s Model Committee to influence the implementation of policies and therefore ensure positive change throughout the fashion industry. These policies currently being formed include health benefits, extra protection for underage models and legal support due to a lack of accountability throughout the industry. To ensure this progressive change we have the full support of the Mayor of London and are in cooperation with the British Fashion Council (BFC) and the Association of Model Agencies (AMA).
